*faves this as well as the greyscale one* Very tastefully done, considering that some Rouge fanart is not. I must have missed the color version as I bopped through your gallery.
The shading is lovely and well done. I really like the curls at the ends of her hair and her wings look fanatasic.

I may do another Rouge art sometime. Ironically, I have never seen or played any of the Sonic Games. I just liked the art style. I try to get some information about the game and characters however, before I draw something so it doesn't look like I just pulled it out of my butt
I somewhat liked her character design (sucker for bat winged characters - look at my own - AniMage) and decided to add my own touches to it. For example trying more realistic looking bat ears and wings.
I believe her original costume was black and pink but it looked too hard, so I changed it to purple.
I may do a human version of her sometime. I also may blend her colors a bit better, I figured out a method to do so with a recent pic I did but it's not scanned at the moment.

I'm sick of how everyone tends to put all the attention on her chest, but you put the attention on her hand and eyes! And the eyes are *GREAT*. *is a sucker for eyes* Rouge rocks, and I love this drawing! Her wings look funky... very 'bone-like' in their structure. It's a nice touch of realism!
