this is a total masterpiece. love the soft lighting and the exposure. the black and white
gives it a nice, dramatic feel. great composition as well. what camera did you use for this one ? it looks like a film capture.

I had already suggested it as a Daily Deviation - see my News: [link] - and was so very sad it was not accepted, because I always thought this image deserved a DD as its creator. It is one of my favorite artist on DeviantArt, and I admire his talent for a while. Glad somebody else thought the same thing. Makes me happy

It's most likely water. That's what happens to wave movements in a long exposure.
