Are specie edits allowed as long as it doesn’t heavily change the base?
Like changing the nose/ears/tail kinda stuff.

Oh yeah of course! If you're looking to make the facial structure/tails or whatever more canine (or any species tbh) I'm okay with it! As long as it obviously doesn't just demolish my base I'm fine with almost all edits.
