Well, most of this was drawn up before. But here's the much more 'official' reference sheet of my boi! Hopefully there aren't any spelling errors.
It's late, so I'll be sure to check back on this later~
As this has no logo in the image, it can be used as a generic reference page.
But I'll also be using it for an upcoming OCT . So look forward to that~
Now onto the info!

Height: 6"5'

Personality:
A demon with an expensive appetite! Despite dressing himself up in glamorous outfits with embedded gemstones, Apatite does indulge himself on the occasional gem or two... or, fifty. Making him a fairly gluttonous creature of all sorts of foods and liquids, yet has the metabolism to keep a gorgeously slim figure.
Apatite is a very pompous and energetic demon who isn't one to shy away from the spotlight. He's a glamour-hound, actively looking to stay at the top of his hustle and bustling town. That said, gambling is one of his favorite pastime activities, something he's fairly good at too. Almost unbelievably so... However, most people who try to question his luck soon find themselves quickly put back in their place or are never seen from again.
He's a charmer, someone who knows how to please his audience, both physically and verbally through charismatic wordplay. This also makes him fairly persuasive, as he usually knows what to say and when to say it. Allowing him to relish in the benefits, whether it be information, conflict evasion, getting people to do what he wants/needs, or more personal treats. It's almost hypnotic in the way he serenades his prey, a minor power to be sure, however it's not the most reliable as it's fairly weak in it's strength and is mostly used when influencing someone to sign one of his contracts.
Given his adaptability for charm, outside of work he can appear to be much more of a sleazeball —given how he lives in a sinful hell, it's typically the norm for this sort of behavior— flirting with any pretty face he meets. He may know when and where not to behave inappropriately, but if there's no business to be had then he says 'fuck it' and does what he wants, whether his target in question enjoys his advances or not.
He also has one hell of a poker face, as he lacks visible eyes and eyebrows, the only thing people can see him emote with is his mouth, which is almost always set with a smile. He knows how to keep calm or keep a steady demeanor under various circumstances, but as thespian enthusiast, he can play off different emotions if need be on command.
Getting him angry would a be a serious challenge unless certain criteria are met, most of which relate to personal jabs at a very specific deal he's involved in, or his soulmate Josephine. Anything that insults his woman directly —either by having met her or seen her in passing— would bring rage that could destroy all of the nine hells if he didn't live in luxury there.
Powers/Abilities:
-Apatite has the ability to conjure magic-infused contracts that bind the a person's soul to the name on the paper it's signed upon. Most often, these souls tend to have an end date requirement, and if the terms have not been met, or have been broken or infringed in some way, the other party takes ownership of the other's soul. A large portion of these souls he acquires are submitted to the Demon Lord Lucifer, while he himself keeps a smaller faction of the 'income'.
-The next follow up ability he has allows him to convert souls into gemstones. These stones still retain portions of demonic magic that was left as remnants of the contract made prior to the soul's transformation. If enough are collected, they can be used for various sorts of magic or energy source. Given this fact, he tends to eat a large collection of these gems to keep himself alive, while adorning left over gems as accessories on his person. One of these benefits allows him to have bottomless pockets inside his coat, though he doesn't put many things in there, he at least doesn't have to worry about needing more storage space on his person.
-He's fairly flexible, both in verbal conversations and physical combat, as he has a decent amount of maneuverability to dodge ranged attacks and can smooth talk his way around most situations.
-Armed with two handguns and several throwing knives, he's an excellent shot from medium to short-range distance. Never usually seems to aim for the head though... not at first at least, usually to keep the combat entertaining. But he certainly could end the confrontation if need be.
-Apatite is a fairly tactical and quick-thinking guy. He usually never goes into a potentially dangerous situation without some sort of plan in mind, even if it's a very rough draft. Having some sense of a backup plan to fall back on is always helpful. He can always fill in the blanks along the way.
-Suave, charming, and manipulative and persuasive, this almost goes hand-in-hand with his flexible conversation skills. As previously stated, he has a pretty good way with words and can often find a way out of a confrontation. Even if it only gives him a few seconds to divert attention from himself to allow for escape. His tongue is also embedded with gemstones containing a sort of magic— similar to what was mentioned above— that allows him to tap into a more hypnotic tone of voice, giving his words greater influence to those who listen to him. However this is not their primary form of magic, so he reserves it's uses for more 'contract oriented' business.
-He's also an amazing kisser... 'nuff said
Weaknesses:
-Can sometimes get a little overly cocky. Having such a snide attitude can sometimes get to his head. Feeling as though he's outsmarted someone, he may miss a detail or get distracted enough to find himself in even worse problems.
-He's a pretty big glutton who loves to over-indulge himself on food. Gems of various rarity and sizes tend to be his favorite, but he can eat mortal food as well.
-He's not the best at close-combat and prefers to keep opponents/targets at a distance. So if someone happens to close the gap, he's not physically built enough to armor himself to take a solid, HARD punch to his person.
-Being one of the oldest generation of demon, he's adapted to gain some resistance to holy items and magic. They can still inflict damage that can badly burn or weaken him, but the hours it takes to recover are not as severe as they once were. That said though, as Apatite's contracts are heavily imbued with demon magic, they will not manifest in the presence of these holy relics if he were to even attempt to do so as they have no form of adaptability.

History:
Apatite was one of the many contract demons of hell, in charge of the gluttonous and lustful Hellish City of Dionysus. He was a fairly devote servant to Lucifer, as per their contract, Apatite would supply the lord of hell mortal souls and would receive a cut of the profit to supply himself with food and luxury in his respective domain.
Things went well for many centuries, until he found himself under excruciatingly difficult circumstances. A deadly plague had swept over the mortal world, killing off hundreds of people. Unfortunately, many of these poor souls were not under his binding contracts and his income was cut heavily. It didn't help the fact that the Devil was not happy with this and took more than his share of the profits to compensate for his losses. This left the demon in a fairly tough spot.
This is when he meets a young Josephine Claire, who helped him acquire the consumption he needed. Eventually, the duo grew fairly close to one another and went on to do more than just soul contracting. Working as a sort of Bonnie and Clyde team up in the mortal world. Josephine eventually found her way into hell with the demon and hasn't left his side since.
He takes great care of his lover, claiming that she is his most prized possession and is more than a little over protective of her. No one could ever hold a candle to her precious, sinful light. And he will stop at nothing to keep her out of harm's way...

I just want to say right now that it's taken me far too long to say that I adore Apatite and his snarky sparkles! I'm already cheering him on!
