I must say i really adore this picture. The sketch is great but color just adds so much more to it. You can really see the emotions on their faces and in their body language. Deryn is wrapped around Alek like she never wants to let go!
I absolutely love the 'Clankers are Heartless and Darwinists are Godless' saying. It's brilliant and completely accurate. It's exactly what they've been taught about each other. They've been taught to hate each other and yet they're best friends and they're in love which contradicts everything they've been taught.
