Description
Carnotaurus pair, arbitrarily male and female. Just another watercolor painting for my class. I really like how it turned out. :3Related content

Please recolor this picture to make the carnotaurs look like the Jurassic Park Toyline (greenish underside, dark brown overbody, black stripes).

Who do you think would win in a fight? Carnotaurus or ceratosaurus?

Hard to say, Carnotaurus is a bit larger, but it's skull is much weaker and his arms are much shorter. I think we'll have to wait til that episode of Jurassic fight club comes out. XD

Great work, love their horns, spikes, and overall design, big but powerful and agile! Which is the guy and which is the gal?

The horns were actually blunt and rounded, that's my only critique.

0________o Wonderful! Wish they's be used in more movies besides "Dinosaur."

They were in Michael Crichton's novel "The Lost World" I was really disappointed that they didn't end up in the movie.

I thought Crichton made a strange choice by making them have chameleon-like abilities (I remember the certosaurs in the second "Age of Reptiles" having the same ability). Kind of like in the movie when the dilophasoaurus was poisonous.

Personally, I don't think a creature that large would have that type of ability, I think such camoflague would be more likely in smaller predators.
I think in general though, we may be underestimating just how fantastic some evolutionary traits in dinosaurs may have been. I mean, bones can only tell us so much.
Crichton may have the right idea.
Speaking of which, I really need to get ahold of some of those "Age of Reptiles" books

They're some of the best dinosaur comics around. No people, no dialogue, no captions. Just dinosaurs being dinosaurs.
