It's impressive to me and I think it's a great design. It's much different than other designs that I've seen other people come up with to merge Miku's default and append design together.

Thank you. Finally, some constructive feedback! I was gonna go with like a TDA append design, but I thought it was a little plain. So I thought what if I just keep her tie and colar, then go for like the 2010 dress style but as a transparent plastic skirt?

Well I'd say it turned out nicely, it's simple but unique and I'm glad you decided to go with something like this. Besides, the regular append design has been done so many times now so it's refreshing to come across something new.
