ForHe's a hetalia OC named Konigsberg! He's Prussia's younger half brother! Isn't he adorable!?
Time: Way too long OTL. It took about 7 hours because I couldn't decide on the shading. XD But he was loads of fun to do!
Program used- Sai for lineart and Photoshop cor colors and finishing touches.
