Playing around in Poser 5 with Victoria 3 as a faery. Rendered in Poser 5 with some postwork in Paint Shop Pro to brighten up the image and adjust the contrast.Related content

the leg that's farther back there looks really awkwar, just a weird angle i suppose....
she's got an interesting facial expression too
you should have her smiling at something, it's kinda weird to see someone smiling like that into space, she must be thinking something really devious if she isn't smiling at anything in particular...

Well, you know how mischievous some faeries can be. She may simply be contemplating her next bit of mischief.
I had thought of placing a butterfly on one of the flowers for her to be looking at.
The JPG compression of the file and the fact that the image posted here is smaller than the original render probably contribute to the strangeness of her smile. Her face looks better in the original. I'm going to try to render a much larger, print-sized version. Depending on whether it can be rendered at the larger size (Poser has trouble rendering print-sized images) and how the face looks I may post a closeup of it.
I will admit the back leg does look a little odd. As you said, it's more the angle than anything.
