This is AMAZING. Other than wanting a little more smoothness from the makeup, this is PERFECT. Don't ever try to change it or improve it- this is the gold, sir.

Yeah, I normally do my own makeup and it sort of turns out like this. I'd like to figure out how to improve the quality of the makeup, but its not bad so far.
As far as the costume, I'm glad that you like it. I worked hard on the jacket. It took me the most time to make, it was mainly an accent piece for when I was outside so I didn't freeze in the winter. But now its sort of turned into part of the main cosplay. Helps add more to the costume.

Seriously, if you have a cosplay that you want to make your own, your imagination knows no bounds. I remember starting this cosplay with nothing but a wig and some fur scraps. Now I've managed to incorporate a jacket and loin cloth! Anything is possible if your super interested in your cosplay.

You know, I do like it better without the red. Especially since it's interpretive, I think it's a fantastic way to have done it. You look fantastic and have amazing characterization, as always. Thank you for sharing!

You do? I'm considering doing it once with the red, just to see how it works. Because as it stands I do look a bit TOO human and people might forget whom I'm supposed to be portraying. BUT at the same time, it makes it simpler to get into and less messy. Though, I'm sure that since its my own I could do ANYTHING I want to it. So I suppose I could make it work just off the posing that I do and the way I act while in the cosplay.

You, sir, have amazing characterization to begin with. I don't think anyone who knows the character could mistake it. Not that I can really say anything, but if you were going to use more makeup I would suggest only on the face.
Or, now that I think about it...I wonder if maybe a different type of red would work? Something other than the bright RED-red you used before. Maybe a more brown or orange shade, to make it look less like you have a sunburn and more like your skin is coloured. Does that make any sense?
