Shes a really cute looking character, I love how you drew her pose, and the panty shot is a nice touch too X3 I love how detailed even you sketches are. Just all the folds and designs on her clothing, as well as on her shoes. Awesome sketch for sure

What school does she go to? This looks like the way girls would dress if uniforms continued during college. Was she like a superhero, or what was the very basic theme of the comic?

It wasn't a uniform from what I remember. She was just very influenced by the style of dress like Britany Spears.
