combination of a few different pages of my sketchbook this last week of Sten from Dragon Age....wha...what's on my mind lately? o_OI actually got to bring my sketchbook to work today!
uninterrupted art time is fun. I'm going to be trying to schedule some of that in... I miss it.anyway! going without any references, so I didn't draw armor because I suck at that (so OOPS OMG no shirt), and we will just have to blame any anatomical and Sten-related inaccuracies on that as well. ;D
and uhhh blame everything else on my crappy scanner. x3

Ahh more love for Sten. He was my favorite party member. Too bad I couldn't keep him in the expansion. I missed his "Kadan..."

Very nice indeed. I think the sketch at the top right is my favourite. I love seeing his profile and his really strident nose. I love the frame you give him- even though there is no one else in the pic you can tell his size.

From what I was told he was supposed to be bigger but game restrictions and such. I write him larger than his is in game and I agree it makes him more menacing and more non-mainlander-like if he is much larger

Yeah I suppose it would be a pain to scale all the different armors for him differently. I think I would rather have a more unique model with one set of armor though, but that's just me. ^^
