I know that the contest you link to has long passed, but I couldn't have voted in any case; a decision would have been too dificult since each contestant and costume brings something totally unique to the mix.
The queenly (or princessy) contestant on the far right looks tailor-made to sit on the lead float in his school's homecoming parade (or a Mardi Gras Parade).
The chap in green looks ready for his Julliard ballet performing arts tryout by reprising his stirring Sugar Plum Fairy dance solo.
Next, the cowgirl sissy looks ready to open the Champion Rodeo, leading the real horseback riders around the stadium with his cute pantomimed 'ride' with his pretend horsey; the real cowboys (bull riders, bronc-busters, and calf-ropers) might not be too comfortable around him, though the cute lady barrel riders - more 'manly' than he'll ever be - would all have a 'barrel' of laughs at his expense.
The babyfied boy won't have to worry about finding a bathroom while waiting to cut the ribbon on the local hospital's grand opening of its new nursery and neo-natal unit ...
And finally, the fine young specimen of virile manhood on the far left can join the genuine female candystripers (see his red and white underskirt) to help comfort small children in that same hospital's pediatric ward with his endless supply of good cheer and teddy bears.

Very nice, the outfits are very creative and the frowns and tears add to the humiliation and energy of the competition. Of course, the 'baby' sissy is my favorite.

I love your superb artwork especially the fabulous sissy outfits like these. My own favorite to win is the second wuss from the left. The one with the beautiful parasol. When (if!) he wins I'd take him back to his all-boy junior high and let him get re-aquainted with all his old school mates. It's the least I could do after all the help he's given to the Girls' Academy! Yes, and it would make a delightful design for a mug.

The pleasure is certainly mine. Your great drawings have a wonderful way of suggesting exciting scenarios in the minds of your enraptured audience - but, of course, you know that so well! All the boys portrayed would enhance any Pageant they appeared in and could have their choice of any real boy for the party which followed.
