Photoshop 100%?! Do you mix photomanipulation + painting? Hard to say. In this size I only think it's a 3D scene or photo. If it's pure photoshop painted pic, it's for real (in this preview size)!!

It's 90% Photoshop and 10% 3d (because I know how to do some basic shapes, like boxes and balls
