Oh, thank you. The composition and buildings are my design. For the style I just referenced a lot of gothic architecture.

This is fantastic. There's a webcomic I'm working and I envision the planet the characters living in looks like this with gothic architecture pretty much everywhere.

Thanks man, n good luck with that webcomic. You have your work cut out for you, drawing a story that takes place in a gothic city lol. Should be fun.

Thanks a lot man. I drew this back in school, it was some time ago now. I think I probably drew it over the course of four days. Just a guess though.

2 point perspective? Great detailing in the architecture. And interesting fish-eye perspetcive on the left side. what made you want to round that out as opposed to flattening it? (good decision by the way)

Thanks a lot man! I rounded it out simply because I was experimenting. It was an assignment and I was just trying to figure things out.
By the way, speaking of detail and perspective, I love your stuff. Great work!

Yeah well I'd like that! but for now I really have no free time for it unfortunately. I have it in my fav, if I have time, I'll let you know!
I watched the rest of your gallery, you've a really good trait, your scenerys are calibrated. There is really only combine your characters to your decor and the ambiance set to make beautiful illustrations. But you make animation is it?

What do you study? And how can I learn to draw things like this?

ArtByGiuseppe In reply to mryoru [2012-08-27 06:14:14 +0000 UTC]
im currently studying animation, it focuses on alot of life drawing, structural drawing, and ofcourse animation...it seems like you are referring to my perspective drawings tho, several programs offer instruction on perspective like animation, illustration, and fine arts...you can learn a lot from instructional books too, and if you have any questions feel free to ask dude! im happy to help

Just using traditional means only? Very nice. Not easy to "see" this kind of dramatic and deep perspective.
