haha, its fine. They are just Tibetan silver, so I definitely wouldn't recommend just wearing one all the time. They are relatively fragile so I just tell my customers to never shower or sleep with them on. I've never had a problem with one falling apart though! 
They are selling kind of fast so if you wait a few days, I can't totally promise they will still be available. I usually only make one of each design to make sure everyone gets their own unique key.

Curious what are they made of? For allergy and tarnishing reasons of course. How much for the blue and the gear one next to it?

Anyway, I provide the Pendant, but not a chain for that exact reason. I know personally, my neck turns yuck-green when I wear cheap chains so I keep my key on a real gold chain. As for prices, those two keys are $10 each. If you go to my actual gallery, I have an album just for my keys and there are close-up photos of both of them. When someone is interested in buying one, I list them on etsy and immediately send the link to the buyer so no one else steals the item out from under them. Hope this helps.
