Yes I did.
Im using Wacom Cintiq 13 HD. but its still new tablet, I used to work with regular tablet for very long time

I can say that its not a big difference with using regular tablet and cintiq.
Its only better for line accuracy, and the monitor is calibrated, so the colors are better than on regular display
Im not rich Ive just had a luck with some job so I could afford it

I also find environments hard to draw, especially adding some details.
I'd like to give you some feedback on your colouring (since, I think you're serious when it comes to drawing)
I think the piece would have been more eye catching if you used a triad colour palette instead of a complementary type of colouring.
Otherwise I think it's really cool, and I especially like the detailed moonlight reflection on the roof.

Maybe I could have pushed that green a bit more, like cape of the rider and put some vegetation.

Yeah, I think it would have made it pop more.
You can always open it and try adding some more green (if you have the energy) to see if makes it better. Maybe I'm the only one opening old pictures to make small changes to them, haha.
I definitely think it will look better though
