Pardon my extreme ignorance on this matter, but is Peridot a reformed villain on the show? I just wondered because I've seen her side-by-side with the big fuzzy orange character (forgot her name

Sort of. Though she is friends with Steven, she's more of at a truce with them at the moment to save her own hide. Jasper (the fuzzy orange one) is not technically the main antagonist. She's a villain but she's out of commission. The gems have bigger problems at the moment. It's no trouble! The show has had a lot of major changes recently that could really confuse an outsider.
