Made in Vue 9, finished in photoshop.Almost 1 billion polygons, and it only took 4 hours to render!

Mainly because it didn't come out the way I wanted it to... and the color of the sky.

Ah that's happened to me before...I have a different image in my head and it comes out way different! I bet the sky looked really pretty though!!!

that's some very nice grass. where'd you get it? overall awesome scene. i love how the sun comes through the trees.
if the clouds and mountains had more color you could make it looks really stylized and cartoony. even realistic too i think

The clouds are actually done in photo shop as a last ditch effort to get some lol. I forgot to add them into the scene in Vue. lol
The mountains in the background are my least favorite in this picture. But I was trying to put a lot of emphasis on the light coming through the tree.

It's a grass that comes with Vue. I believe it starts with a "C"... Cur... Car.... somehting like that. lol. I can't remember the name. But it's in the grasses and it's the 3rd or 4th one I think. lol

It's an omni directional light in front of the sun. I enabled volumetric light on it ad also put in dust in the light. The only thing I did in photoshop was add the poorly made clouds and the black bars. lol.
It's a bit tricky at fist, but have full confidence that you can do it!
