Thank you! I actually did do a sketch for Summersong at the same time as this and the We Go A Drowning piece but I'm not sure where it went. I'll have to track it down and finish it off. As for A Perfect Crime I've taken a couple whacks at coming up with an image but I think I was going at it from the wrong angle. I'll have to rethink it.

sweeeet ^^ well, you should TOTALLY find it. Really nice to see someone other than me and my ex appreciating the decemberists...no one effing listens to them for some reason....

Sorry, I didn't see your reply for a while, school has been really crazy this semester . Yeah, I'm actually from Portland so I know a decent amount of people that listen to them, but they've steadily been getting more popular I think (especially since O Valencia has been playing on the radio). I'll totally have to go drag out my old sketchbook though. I thought I had a scanned sketch but I haven't been able to find it . I'll grab it eventually though!

Thank you! Her hair was so much fun to draw, I was kind of referencing the smoke in sumi-e and floating world paintings.

Thanks! Yeah, I had to sketch the angels separately and lay them into the linework. I love them though, they're so cute .
