Weee!!! Finally! Got it colored!!!The dragon prince. Son of a cross between human and dragon(his father was probably a ladiesman who transformed himself into a human to pick up chicks
). His black dragon armor is near invulnerable while his other blue armor...is...well...armor! Sometimes he loses his "humanity" and just goes off chewing slippers and burning buildings to his satisfaction(dragon thing). Duality rules!

All I have to say is: Fuuuuuuuuuuuck! You took the concept of dual nature (which is just as overused as the protagonist suffering from amnesia) and you actually made it look INTERESTING.
You. You just win. There's nothing more to say.
My only complaint is that the background is boring.

Perhaps a wasteland with a volcano in the background. A dark sky. The ground being brown red in colour.
I dunno, right now I'm just using cliche ideas for backgrounds.

chewing slippers? i would think a dragon would go for something more destructible and edible

Good work man, and an excellent use of watercolors. Also using the watercolors makes you look more well rounded. Great detail, and a clever costume design as well. Yes there are dragon stories where the dragons can take on humanoid form. Or maybe thats just the Warcraft Manga. I dont know for sure.
