The size of her back compared to her extremely small waist throws me off a bit, but that's how cartoons are supposed to be! haha
I'm amazing with the highlight and lowlight colors that you've chosen for her hair. The shimmers on her dress look absolutely realistic, too. Even the background is wonderful.. simple, and yet it compliments Jessica very well. It's smoky, which gives her an even more shimmery/glowing appearance.
