Shin-Shinkei

The idea for this came from Daniel’s ancestry. He’s not only descended from Royal Gryphons, he’s also descended from a long and proud line of Riding Gryphons. I thought it’d be cool to have him drawn in full tack and armor like a true Riding Gryphon, complete with the heraldry of the Order of Hurgran emblazoned on the breastplate.

This commission is composed of 3 layers: a base layer with just Daniel rearing up, clawing at the air like he's fighting something; a pict of Daniel in full tack (saddle, bridle, etc); and finally, Daniel in full armor. The layers are separated into 3 separate pictures, conveniently. All 3 picts use the same base pict, the rest are just layered over it. Nonetheless, all 3 are incredibly-well-done and have so much detail. Thank you, Shin
