Description This is the same scene as my previous image. I just changed the camera angle, removed the background drapery, added some more cloths on top of her and changed the lighting a bit.

Rendered in Vue.

EDIT: Many thanks to for the DD!!

Jumpin' Jehosephat - I thought it was a photo! On closer examination, there are possibly too many creases in the sheet for reality but it's perfect lighting.

I am always amazed how detailed and realistic you can render something nowadays. nevertheless I have a critique-point here: I think the feet are a little bit to small. I just cant imagine a that tall women, with the shoulders, the quite big breasts and the muscular legs to only have that small feet. But apart from that all the other details on her anatomy seem quite astonishing.

Great Image Artur. Read about the cloth designer. How well does it handle the obj and materials from poser to other packages or do you take out only the cloth
and reposition them. Thanks a mill!

Thanks!
(sorry for the long time to reply but my life has been complicated lately)

Until now I only took out the cloth from MarvelousDesigner, as an obj, not the texture, although it's possible to do it.
The basic process is to prepare in Poser, DazStudio, or other app what they call the "avatar" (i.e, the object on which the cloth in MD2 will collide, be this a V4 or the bed, etc), import it into MD2 (as obj or collada), create the cloths in MD2, run the simulation, export the cloth as an obj (or collada) and finally import it into the original app (Poser, DS, etc).

I tried several combinations of apps and I had some troubles with direct import/export between Poser and MD2. I got scale and position problems (i.e, the cloth may not get in the exact place and I have to manually adjust it, which is a pain). My favorite worflow for my kind of images is this: Poser -> Daz Studio -> MD2 -> Daz Studio -> Poser -> Vue. It's a long flow but it works perfectly.
If you try the software and have any doubts, please let me know and maybe I can help.

Thanks very much for the reply. I was reading on their forums and
a few people had issues with the scale from app to app. If i get
you right , there is no scaling and position issues if it goes
through Daz studio. If so i will snoop around give it a try. Wanted to
make sure before i decided to get it.Will let you kn owhow it goes. Thanks again.

ArthurBlue In reply to phaceless2 [2011-02-18 12:09:51 +0000 UTC]

Yes, there are lots of scaling issues, normally. It took me a long time to get things right and I even wrote a "recipe" for me to follow everytime because it's not that easy at first. If you have trouble, just let me know and I can give you my "recipe" (of course, I would have to translate it from Portuguese... so I would only like to do it if I have to ).

Thanks a mill'. Will give it a shot as soon as i can
and let you know.Maybe by tomorrow. Hope i can do it
without the 'recipe'lol! Thanks!
