OK so on your Profile Page. scroll down and on the right hand side u'll see DeviantID now right nexto where it says that on the right it says Edit click edit . Then CLick CHoose a Deviation. then select thsi awsome one arthur has done for u and click save

BUT IMPORTANT
that will not work unless u have saved the pictuer he did for u . and Submitted it int oyoru gallery!! make referance that it was by him u most put it in the Catagory DeviantArt Realted/ DeviantID

then it should be able to be yoru id does thsi help u ?
