Description
Another anime fan art I have drawn to pass the time while in our province. A chibi version of Black Lady or Wicked Lady. Actually, this is Rini Tsukino / Chibiusa all dressed up as Wicked Lady.- I sort of screwed up with this drawing of Mini Wicked Lady cuz I don't have my references.
- observe closely; 1. I drew her earrings incorrectly, 2. I forgot to draw the blue fabric thingie that is supposed to be under her skirt, 3. the tiny diamonds in her choker are wrong.

I love the concept of Chibiusa still a kid and dressed up like her evil alter-ego. It's a beautiful dress and suits her well. Those shoes as well!
The things you mentioned that were missed or messed up as you say, that may be. But I see it as Chibiusa's own personal touch to the outfit then. Not exactly Wicked Lady, but still a stunning cosplay of her.
