Page 4 of GS-260 act 2Col. Malcolm resumes his speech and flashes back on his glory days with his best friend Col. Archimedes Richter. He carries on with his speech to increase his troops' morale and encourage them.
- the image of the Colonel in panel 1 was taken from GS:130 and was placed there via copy/paste method.
- Col. Malcolm is a bit humorous.
- I think I forgot her lipstick.
