Woah, first NH fanart in AGES! It feels odd drawing them again after all this time! xDI didn't know if I should make this look like an anime screenshot or something... but the lineart isn't very clean, so I let go of the idea. xD *fails*

I agree...but, Naruto isn't a romance manga..main plot will always take precidence over romantic subplots.
There's always room for a flashback later..or even a talk where he apologizes for not seeking her audience sooner.
