And, well it's hard for me to explain without too many spoilers (but the ones I will give you will be explained in about 5 more pages from this point) but then again I really don't know where to place this alternate universe.

What happened is that: 
Yes, Bill destroyed the world that was original universe that we know of  (ie. dipper is normal dipper, mabel is fun loving normal mabel, etc etc.) Things happened and we now have this new world/universe but in the process of the new world coming into creation, unforeseen changes occurred and we get this version of reverse characters we see now. Where Mabel, Dipper, and The Stans still have their original last name, Pines, and the same goes for the other characters but we have this change with them.

As I said I really don't know where to place this. I use the reverse!au tag as a means to make it easier on myself to categorize it and in hope for others to not get too confused. But I expected much confusion over this and more will be explained later but for now this is the best I can do without spoiling too much for you.

I do hope this helps you better understand it. I know it's not the best explanation.

I do enjoy drawing her. It's especially fun getting myself into character with her to get inspiration of how to draw her. 
And it is a possibility, only time will tell. (And Mr. Blondy HAHAHA! I might actually have to use that in my comic. And his name is William "Bill" Cipher (I'm not sure if you were serious or not ) )
