An earlier test render. I believe these rather extreme lenses are about -28 diopter.

Unfortunately there seems to be a limitation with the Iray renderer in rendering these thick lenses, at a certain thickness the glass suddenly stops passing the light through and casts a shadow instead. I did a comparative test and Modo's renderer performed better, posted in my scraps if you're interested.
