Also, I noticed that the shading for the flags is slightly off. I'm assuming they're behind the dark side of the building so they should be darker to reflect that. Right now, they look like stickers put on top of the image . Also, maybe some slight fog over the farthest flag would help to aid the distance? Other than that, really like the image

Looks good. The hanging flags seem a bit off. They don't follow the vanishing point, but other than that nice depth. Like the texture. You use chalk brush for this?

Thanks, I can see this now ;] For this one I've used just a little bit of chalk brush, mostly for edges on closest building and flags. Most of this is painted with strange, squishy brush that is made out of blood stains [I guess] with rocky texture added ;]
