Obviously, she is cyborg. Interesting how much?
Her face looks some pale and has a very uniform color in comparison with other the body. It is fully synthetic?
Curiously, she can blush? Or, this pale shade remains constant? Until next surgery...
However, if she wanted to save her face with this work, then, oddly enough, she had to destroy it preventive and to reconstruct from modern cybernetical materials and tech. And even rebuild most of her body. Before it is necessary to do after the injury.

Wow, great job on her scars and tattoos. They looks really good. Nice texture on the gun, too. I can't tell if she's running or if she is missing a leg from the knee down. Certain parts of her, like the necklace and the arm going back, make her look in motion, but the smoke from the gun and the hair do not. And if she isn't in motion, I think we would see more of her left leg. But overall, really great piece. : )
