Quite brutal way to reconstruct a body. It's only connected helmet? Or an integral part of the head? From cyberpunk all can be expected.
However, if converted all body into cybernetics, then can free up not a little space for additional computing resources...
It's female? Or am I mistaken? Or It's was a female, before was transformed into this body?...

Is that, the star wars imperial logo on the side of his helmet!
Nice painting by the way, I like the cigarette in the background, gives it some more realism. It's nice to have something common place to ground more surreal or out of this world concepts.
