All I have to say is thank you for making these. I especially love the subtle nod to Session 9, and is that...Poltergeist I see?

Thank you for commenting! Yup, I used poltergeist. I feel like I need to sit down and watch Session 9 again... it's been a few years since I saw it.

Oh, I adore Session 9. There is something so beautifully raw in it, because it really does expose the darkness in each of us, in a way. That and David Caruso is a love of my life.
Poltergeist was quite the good film.
Kudos on the reference to Jacob's Ladder too, by the way. Wasn't that a beautiful film?

I found a copy of Session 9 for $10 at Frys Electronics and bought it because I thought it looked interesting (found out later they referenced it in Silent Hill 3 with the wheel chair ). And yes, David Caruso is awesome.
I haven't seen Poltergeist since I was in Junior High, but I remembered really liking it. I need to add it to my slowly growing scary movie collection.
I actually have not seen Jacob's Ladder *hides face in shame*. I've heard so much good about it that I really want to, though.
And on a random note, I love your avatar

I had to order my copy off of Ebay, but I love it. That's my DVD copy, at least. Before that I got a VHS copy at a movie rental shack because nobody watched it and I was so deadset on buying it.
Did you watch the extras? I think the one documentary thing was so fascinating. Actually, I love urban exploration, so it got me even more interested in it. I was amused that David Caruso actually admitted to thinking he saw a ghost while on set.
To be honest, Jacob's Ladder is an excellent movie, but it's very slow building, psychological...not like American jump out and shock you movies.
Mind you, comparing that to Silent Hill is perfect. The games are oppressive, full of dread and feel almost passive aggressive. Resident Evil is such an American seeming franchise in comparison, with all it's shock horror.
I think I just ranted a little. Sorry for the tiny novel.
And aww, I'm glad you like my avatar. I thought it was subtly funny.

Wow this is like the best silent hill wallpaper ever.
I see, Jacobs ladder and Session 9. And Silent Hill obviously. Not sure about the rest.
Awesome.
