So this is how my costume stands as of now, minus the white undershirt everything has been made from scratch by myself. I don't have the pattern for the tunic sorry as I made that up myself too with a plastic bag around myself and masking tape. Really happy with how it's coming along, am looking forward to wearing this!

Yes sometimes it can start to get a little costly! Cosplay isn't about looks, it's about the character and the creativity of bringing something to life, don't ever think you cannot do something because of what you think you look like. And that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it

Loving the insignia. what was your process? resin cast?

Basically I drew it on a piece of paper, then made a wire frame, put some aluminium foil over that to give it body then just used my hands to mold it to resemble my sketch reference.

Hey thanks, that's a great idea with the wire, I will definitely use that suggestion and let you know how I go. The hood has been bugging me as I'm trying to get it as close to game as possible but it's been such a pain, the wire frame in certain places might be just the thing to get me out of the pickle I'm in. Thanks!

I'm redoing my AC2 cosplay right now. I'm coming up with tricks to make it even more accurate. It's still tough though. I swear it's the most contrived piece of fictional fashion EVER!

Yea, it looks easy enough from a quick look over but when you start making it you start to realise how hard they made it to recreate an accurate real life outfit.
