Yay, it's finished! I worked hard on this peice of art, and I think it payed off. It was my first time actually trying to make blood look... good...? I like the look of it, really. I made the backround also. I usually don't make realistic and blurry backround but.. you know, I just did.Is the collar purple or red? I like red. I think I could do better on the right arm (not the one that's bloody). I like the shading.
so this was made on ms. paint and crayola online. With a mouse!

Firstly I've gotta say that the pose is pretty nice -dunno why but it really fit's the *theme* with the bloody claws and all, so does the expression -simple but expressive <3 -
I just don't really know what to do with the background because I don't really see a relation between the character and the rather peaceful looking snow and moon. -maybe a more dark and...scary setting would have done better? I imagine dark sky and bright white moon+snow with a few drops of blood would have looked good ^^
The anatomy/proportions are pretty good -you did realise the stitting+front view pose very well I must say, especially the bloody paw which really looks like it's extended towards the viewer.
The paws are I tiny lil bit wonky (the toes of the left hind paw looks a bit disconnected I think) and the tail uneven and a bit too short (for being done with a mouse it's good though). My only major 'complaint' here would be the head, which is more oval than round and the ears are wrongly placed.
As for the light/shading, I think it's a bit confusing how the main highlight are on the opposite side of the light source and there appear to be two 'shadow sticks' on the ground? Otherwise it's very good though -the shadow on his face looks awesomesauce <3-
You really get my compliments for having managed to do something as good as this with a mouse and MS Paint!

some of the shading is a little waeird, but its better than I can shade, so yeah.
and the horizin line should be a little higher. other than that, its kicks ass!!!
