Through the question, you connect the drawing with us (the viewers). Reality, like many things is related to feelings (including instincts), whitch makes it true so we know what it is. I believe you are asking yourself about it many times. Perhaps what makes you draw and yes, there are people that can see what you see. I am saying that, because you choosed eyes to draw, human-shaped eyes -whitch are the gateway to you- and I believe you opened those gates and enter the reality.
I have one thing to say: Welcome to the most beautiful place that can be! From now on, all that you see is real. Now, let me progress beyond your question:
Let's introduce art here: Art, is also related to feelings. We feel like doing it, and whenever we do it, we will share it. Because feelings need to be shared. Okay, now you probably know that reality is different to everyone and as I said, you are searching for it because you can feel it (in your own way, your own feelings - that's what makes the difference). Real, is what comes naturally. Things that are not influenced - it's when you're in sync with your own body (including mind) and soul. When you live as you should, because reality is like art. A place with no limits, where you can do amazing things. And as art is reality, you can represent colorful and beautiful things like this. You have a good vision, you are a nice person. It's obvious, through the eyes you draw.
Yes, the reality through your eyes shows a place - a well balanced place. Your drawings can see it, did you know that? You don't need to ask anymore about it, because mind can be influenced. You need to act on it - as you already know the good way. Just see through you own eyes, feel it, and whenever your instincts say so, go for it 
I have the impression that your drawing here is looking directly at my heart - no matter how I keep it; so I can't say anything my mind sais. I speaked from the heart because that's what you truly ask

Wow thank you for writing all that you did, you took me on quite the journey! Reality really is perception, but it in many ways is undefinable. When I make and post drawings with quotes or questions, they are generally to evoke thought from the viewer as well as myself, so that you definitely got right! Thank you for appreciating my art, it means a lot. I enjoyed your gallery as well. I can tell you spent a long time finalizing the details on them and can see your art going far one day. i figured it out! its the curves of your work and the mix of colours that you use that make me love your work and this is no exception, especially the top eyelid, makes me wish makeup looked that good

reality is sure not what you see... actually, reality is beyond our perception; we never seize the reality truly... our understanding of the reality always depends on our senses, prejudices and point of view... all of them - our senses, prejudices, point of view - aren't mistake proof at all... rather they are shaky, always subjective and with some error...
what is reality? it is what we will never grasp fully... it is that we feel but never perceive; it is that we believe we know, but always fail to really know...
