Oh man, the photoshop learning curve is real, and it's a beast. But hang in there. You're just a couple tutorial videos away from unlocking the photoshop mastery achievement.

This looks good! If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have guessed that you were fighting photoshop the entire time you were drawing this. The colors work nicely together, and you're doing some good stuff with the shading. For constructive crit, the overall approach to folds doesn't click for me. Right now the look is a little bit more wrinkled leather than shirt and jacket. A tip I read a while back that helped me a lot with folds (especially for stylized pictures, which this one rather is), was to try treating clothes and clothes folds as if they were paper. As in, sharper angles and with shading along planes and angles, rather than curves and dips.
