Oh, haha, i didn't mention the concept. Well, this is an assignment for a rehab clinic. They use a proverb : "There's a pink elephant in the room!" when there is a problem but nobody talks about it... They just ignore the problem!
So that's why the pink elephant is SOOOO big that he cannot fit in the wall. You have to see him when your in the room and he represent the problem.
