Another illustration for the contest.This one is about how it takes me forever to process something, or get started on something. Especially when I have a deadline and nothing in my head is coming up with something. There will be times when I would have all my materials out and ready, and i want to draw/ work on my class assignment. but nothing is coming to me, while other people around me are moving along and not wasting time. My brain can be so struggling to me and sometime i wish that i was like everyone else, at the same speed and not feel like an idiot. I hate it when i'm struggling so hard on something when it really is easy for everyone else.
My mom helped my with this idea, she told me to added the hour glasses to show that time in moving.

I love this -- her expression is GREAT -- and I understand, because I have similar issues. Very difficult for me to get started on projects; there's a big anxiety hurdle there.

also, the hour glasses were a great idea. I often get the feeling when Im stuck times ticking away, and I'm just wasting time coming up with something.

I love this too. In the end, you always manage to make something great. A race is never about who is the in the lead in the beginning, it is about who finishes.

Yeah Lake George is a special place. Maybe one day I'll live there. it is very relaxing there, and while i was there i did a lot of drawings (mostly sketches), i'll upload those soon.
