Description
I’m in the mood to draw Roger Rabbit art at the moment, so I thought of quickly sketching up their book counterparts. The trick here to distinguish the toons from humans is in their appearance.
For the humans, they have less exaggerated features and are more detailed and heavily shaded in pencil. Now, for the toons, their features are more exaggerated and more, well, cartoony. Toon’s outlines are heavier and thicker opposed to the more detailed humans.
(I could see an adaptation of the original book done in this style for a graphic novel/comic book).

I really love this style. It does so well the film noir genre, even the cartoon bunny, it is incredible

This looks quite awesome and nice angle to tell which characters are human and which characters are toons.
