Very cool design, though please try not to base it so closely on someone else's drawing. The leg's, tail and wings are, perhaps not traced, but very closely copies from Ziminini's American Dragon in Genrex Style here:

Idea!: For a predator make it an eel because in How To Train Your Dragon, dragons hate eels and this alien is a dragon so it makes sense
