another one bites the dust, as i wipe the blood from my glove
i tear off the bandages from my hands, as bloody as they are
my bones are near protrusion as i wince as i look at what i have done
this prize was not worth the fight, as well as the loss
this match-up was unfair from the start, i had an unfair advantage
they didn't know i didn't feel pain, or remorse
but now i feel guilt, massively overwhelming guilt, coursing through my veins
and they are still down... i think i shall join them...
