Another day down as I slip into the darkness of my room
My left eye tears as I lay my head down, as it has since I was born
Some feelings have been voided
A love lost to the day, not to be gained, or returned
Yet a renewed sense of hope precedes the morning

Longing for wishes to come true
Bliss, fervent disregard for the past
Misunderstanding the future
Hating the present with fellow thoughts as blatantly thorough as possible

A confusion scratches its finger in my right eye
Keeping the fire, as snow keeps white
desperation is life

Losing, gaining

No point but where it is going
now therein lies the matter
the faith in nothing but the void laid out under me

I fall through the cracks of consciousness
No memories hold true to the screaming voices yelling wake up from this dream
How unreal reality has become
Yet to my right eye things seem worth the emotion
