It is much to my despairMy own greed has run me through
Days long past
Honesty still due
For the horizon makes me smile
Think you're just beyond it's place
So very close to me
Yet so far away
I love you like the sunrise
Rising at my back
As I see the clouds forgotten me
Turning Orange and Purple and Black
And as I turn to see it
It reminds me of your face
It envelops me in warmth
Keeps me in my space
There are many things
Of which will transpire
And many more things
Which shall burn like a fire
And thus is my proximity
A broken arms reach
For myself, I have been shattered
Yet you hold the largest piece
In a roundabout way
Of saying that I love you
I know I'm oft misinterpreted
But as long as I have you,
my skies will never be plain blue
