For oh the quaint water lies
As it engulfs my eyes
Even you, would despise
Misleading is the lake
The image it portrays is fake
Leaves you dry and body ache
Dive in the water cold
Feel the young slip to old
As you melt your body mold
Sink in the mud down
Beneath the water where you drown
Lost forever, never to be found
Waste your life away
You are here to stay
By the lake of your dismay

I love everything you write. It's amazing. I have been trying to write poetry sometimes but it's never good. I write stories instead (but in the book I just finished there is a horrible song I wrote, don't know why I didn't delited it)
