Home of the isnara, an all female winged race. The Floating Isles are an archipelago locked in space near the upper branches of the Arkonia Tree. They are only accessible by flight, allowing the isnara to maintain an isolationist kingdom. The buildings are among the oldest on Arkonia, dating back many thousands of years, some even believing they were built by a previous highly advanced, but long dead civilization. The Queen resides in the palace on the furthest isle from the Tree.

I was really in the mood to do more art of locations in my world. I figured if my name is ArtofArkonia, I better do more art of Arkonia. This is only a small portion of the Isles; there are many more not depicted. I'm not the best landscape painter, but I hope I at least conveyed the feeling of a floating chain of islands.
