Hooray I finished something!!!! Been having a bit of a block but hopeing that it is gone now

This is Moontide, one of my poor charcters that doesn't get enough love from me, even though I do love him. Moontide is a sad fella who is colourblind and sees the world as a bleak and ugly place. When the moon is out he can walk on water.
Background looks completely different from when I started (you can see an early WIP over on my facebook page www.facebook.com/pages/The-Art… . I also wanted to add a few more things to this one, but my tablet pen decided to stop working and I honestly don't feel like it needs anything else (I am always open to suggestions though )
I noticed on my phone its much darker and you can't see some of the background details, so I recommend checking this one out on a computer or laptop screen.
