Love the style and lighting. The detail and sinister tone reminds me of the early Todd McFarlain Spiderman, of which I own the 1st issue

I thought the two lines under his eyes (the thick black ones that are part of the web) combined with the demony eyes look like a very un-spidey like evil grin.  Otherwise, cool idea.

Two points if I may - 

1. His right hand, (on the left as we look at him),.. why's it look so, 'awkwardly long and big',.. ?

2. His eyes; PERSONALLY speaking, I think his eyes should have the usual cool Spidey reflectivity, not the demon-like eyes you've given him, (though I do accept this is your work in your own style - I am after all just giving my humble opinion).

That aside,.. I like it, it's very cool.
