i really like it. it actually reminds me of Lan and Moiraine (and then Aldeib and Mandarb on the sides there). even though their departure from one another was more abrupt in the story, it sort of captures how it could have been had they been able to say Goodbye, since Moiraine knew it was coming but couldnt say anything. *sniff*

These two are actually original characters, but Robert Jordan is one of my favorite authors, and his stories are what led me to begin rendering scenes of magic and fantasy.
